“My Aunt, Doreen Eubank, has been a resident of yours in Granville Court for over two years now since a fall dramatically diminished her mobility and I’d like to express my deepest gratitude for the level of care that you and your team have provided over that time. Doreen looks in better health now than she had for some time before she came to Granville Court. I have always found your written, telephone and face-to-face communication to be open, honest, caring and always with Doreen’s wellbeing at the forefront. The extra measures that you put in place to protect the residents during the Coronavirus pandemic were exemplary; to self isolate with a resident to protect them and to nurture their mental wellbeing was a step above and beyond what could have been expected. While the pandemic meant that planned, as well as ad hoc, visits were not possible, it was heartwarming and reassuring to receive the weekly update e-mails from you - these very much kept me in touch with Doreen. Over this period, in your words and photos, I have seen Doreen become more integrated into the home and socialising with other residents to a degree that she didn’t before - I can only attribute this to the wonderful care provided by your team. When I have been able to visit, I have always found all the staff to be friendly and welcoming, the home itself exceptionally clean, warm, fresh with that almost undefinable homely atmosphere.
Doreen is the first member of my family who has been unfortunate enough to need this type of support and I could not be more pleased that she is being cared for by you. To do what you and your team do, it has to be a passion, it is a vocation and not just a job. It’s evident that everyone there, actually, truly cares about the people they are nursing. Thank you for everything that you do at Granville Court.”

“My husband spent time at granville for respite and I cannot of been happier for him to stay at granville the home is very warm and welcoming the staff are very caring and my husband enjoyed his stay he will be back again for more respite and I would highly recommend granville court.”

“The owner and all the staff work very hard in caring for their residents. Nothing is a trouble and cannot find anything to complain about. Helen put a lovely party on for my auntie who was 100 on 29th April 2019. The home was beautifully decorated for the occasion and they even provided a beautiful buffet with champagne for family members who visited. Sadie thoroughly enjoyed her day and it was most certainly one of the most memorable day of my life.
